We're looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and taking initiative.
You'll work directly with our founder, enjoy exciting profit-sharing opportunities, and have the potential to advance into an Operations Manager role.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads, connect with prospective clients, and drive new business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and build relationships with business owners.
  • Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records.
  • Support customer onboarding, relationships, and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and business operations.
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems, and help grow the company.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or operations preferred.

Healthcare or software experience is a plus, but not required. We value ambition, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
