We’re expanding rapidly and hiring a Sales Associate Head of Sales to help scale the company across the country.
The Role:
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity, not a passive account management role. You’ll own the sales process from discovery to close, run live demos, attend conferences, build relationships with clinic owners, and help shape the future of our sales organization alongside the founding team.
Travel & Events:
- 1–2 company-paid trips per month.
- Conferences, client meetings, and live launch events nationwide.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close.
- Run live product demos.
- Manage inbound & outbound opportunities.
- Build relationships with clinic owners and leadership teams.
- Track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Help drive sales strategy and national expansion.
Who You Are:
- Strong communicator and confident presenter.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Enjoys networking, relationship-building, and travel.
- Passionate about helping healthcare businesses grow.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or healthcare technology.
- Healthcare, medspa, wellness, or clinic experience is a plus.
