We’re growing quickly and looking for a Founding Head of Sales to help scale the company's next phase.
The Role:
- This is not a passive account management role.
- You’ll own the sales process from the first conversation to a signed partnership.
- You’ll run demos, build relationships with clinic owners and leadership teams, close new business, attend conferences, generate opportunities, and help shape the future of our sales organization.
- You’ll work directly with the founding team and play a major role in helping define how Prodoc Technology grows nationwide.
Travel & Industry Events:
- This role includes regular travel throughout the year to conferences, industry events, client meetings, and live launch experiences across the country.
- You’ll represent Prodoc Technology at healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, and business growth events while building relationships with clinic owners, leadership teams, and industry partners.
- Travel is typically 1-2 trips per month, and all company-related travel expenses are fully covered.

Core Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close.
- Run live product demos for healthcare and wellness businesses.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers.
- Attend conferences, networking events, and industry trade shows.
- Convert live event opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Track pipeline, revenue performance, and case reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Growth and Leadership on messaging and strategy.
- Help refine sales processes, positioning, and expansion strategy.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.

- Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

- Passionate about helping healthcare businesses grow.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in sales, business development, account management, or healthcare technology.
- Experience with healthcare, medspas, wellness, or clinic operations is a bonus.
