Responsibilities
- Drive sales, lead generation, product demonstrations, and new customer acquisition.
- Build partnerships and develop strategies to grow company revenue.
- Manage customer onboarding, relationships, and retention.
- Oversee daily operations and supervise an Assistant Manager.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and performance reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Proactively identify problems, implement solutions, and improve business performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or operations management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and financial reporting.
- SaaS, B2B sales, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
